This RMN role is ideal for a mental health nurse who wants a stable permanent role where they can make an immediate impact in a structured inpatient setting. You’ll support women with complex mental health needs through stabilisation, recovery and pathway progression, working within a clear MDT environment from day one.

The Role: Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
In this role, you will spend most of your time delivering safe inpatient mental health nursing care. You’ll work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team and be responsible for care planning, observations, medication, documentation, handovers and positive risk management.
You will:
- Deliver safe, recovery-focused inpatient mental health nursing care
- Support assessments, care planning, observations and clinical documentation
- Administer medication and complete accurate handovers
- Work with MDT colleagues to support stabilisation and pathway progression
- Use positive risk management and therapeutic engagement in day-to-day care
What You’ll Bring
- RMN qualification with active NMC PIN
- Right to work in the UK
- Experience delivering safe inpatient mental health nursing care
- Confidence with care planning, observations, medication administration, documentation and handovers
- Ability to work calmly under pressure in a structured mental health setting

This role offers permanent employment, specialist experience within women’s mental health services, and a salary of £39,520 - £43,680 within a recovery-focused inpatient environment.
