This Registered Nurse role is ideal for an NMC-registered RGN, RMN or RNLD who wants a stable care home nursing role where they can make an immediate impact with residents who need consistent, relationship-led care. You’ll support adults with physical disabilities, long-term neurological conditions and complex nursing needs in a small nursing home setting.

The Role: Registered Nurse
In this role, you will spend most of your time delivering hands-on nursing care, supporting care staff on shift, and helping residents maintain comfort, dignity and independence. You’ll work closely with residents, relatives, GPs, community teams and wider healthcare professionals, with clear clinical expectations from day one.
You will:
- Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care for adults with complex physical and neurological needs
- Administer medication and support medicines management
- Complete clinical assessments, care plans, reviews and accurate documentation
- Support wound care, catheter care, PEG care, tracheostomy care or end-of-life care where required
- Guide and support care staff during each shift
What You’ll Bring
- Qualified Registered Nurse with active NMC PIN
- RGN, RMN or RNLD registration
- Right to work in the UK
- Experience delivering safe nursing care in a care home, nursing home, residential, dementia, older adult, long-term condition or similar setting
- Medication administration, care planning, clinical documentation and handover experience
