This Registered Nurse role is ideal for an NMC-registered RGN, RMN or RNLD who wants a stable nights-only role where they can make an immediate impact in a calm, person-centred nursing home setting. You’ll support adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, long-term neurological conditions and complex nursing needs, with clear clinical expectations from day one.

The Role: Registered Nurse - Nights
In this role, you will spend most of your time delivering safe overnight nursing care, monitoring residents’ health, administering medication and supporting care staff on shift. You’ll work independently during nights while escalating concerns appropriately and maintaining accurate clinical records.
You will:
- Deliver safe, person-centred nursing care overnight
- Administer medication and support safe medicines management
- Complete clinical observations, care plans and accurate documentation
- Support adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and long-term neurological conditions
- Guide care staff on shift and escalate concerns when needed
What You’ll Bring
- Active NMC registration as an RGN, RMN or RNLD
- Right to work in the UK
- Experience delivering safe, effective nursing care in line with individual care plans
- Medication administration and medicines management experience
- Ability to work independently on nights while escalating concerns appropriately
