The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and values-driven Registered Manager ensure the delivery of safe, responsive and high-quality care.
This is a key leadership role, responsible for the overall performance, culture and compliance of the service, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and positive outcomes for residents.
This position would also suit a strong Deputy Manager ready to step up, particularly someone with a clinical or complex care background.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide visible, compassionate leadership, embedding a positive and inclusive culture
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding standards
- Lead on clinical governance, audits and quality improvement initiatives
- Oversee person-cented care planning, risk management and positive behaviour support
- Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing, engaged team
- Build strong relationships with families, commissioners and healthcare professionals
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to support service sustainability and growth
- Drive occupancy, reputation and service quality in line with group expectations
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager (or experienced Deputy ready to progress)
- Background in nursing, complex care, mental health or learning disabilities services
- Strong working knowledge of CQC frameworks and regulatory compliance
- A relevant qualification such as Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
- A hands-on, calm and resilient leadership style
- Ability to balance operational, clinical and commercial priorities
- A genuine passion for person-centred, high-quality care
