We are delighted to be supporting a specialist care provider to recruit an experienced and passionate CQC Registered Home Manager for a well-established nursing service set in a beautiful rural setting near Wolverhampton.
This is a unique opportunity to lead a purpose-built service supporting adults with complex physical disabilities and long-term neurological conditions, where high-quality, person-centred care is at the heart of everything
About the Service
The home provides specialist nursing care for individuals with complex needs, including conditions such as acquired brain injuries, spinal injuries, and neurological conditions.

The Opportunity
As Home Manager, you will have full operational oversight of the home, leading a committed team and driving excellence in care delivery.
You’ll be given the autonomy to lead, develop, and grow the service while being supported by an experienced senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and standards
- Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care outcomes
- Manage budgets, occupancy, and overall service performance
- Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement and service development
About You
We are looking for a confident and values-led leader who can inspire teams and deliver outstanding care.
- Experienced Registered Manager/ Home Manager within nursing or complex care services
- Strong knowledge of CQC frameworks and regulatory compliance
- Proven leadership experience within a clinical or specialist care setting
- Passion for person-centred care and improving lives
- Nurse qualification (desirable but not essential depending on background)
