About the Service
This is a well-established, purpose-built nursing home supporting adults aged 18+ with a range of complex conditions, including:
- Spinal cord injuries
- Acquired brain injuries
- Multiple Sclerosis & Parkinson’s Disease
- Motor Neurone Disease
- Cerebral Palsy and other neurological conditions
The service is designed to promote independence, rehabilitation and quality of life, with access to on-site therapy support, structured activities, and community engagement opportunities.
The Role – What You’ll Be Doing
As Clinical Lead, you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and supporting the nursing team to deliver high-quality care
- Ensuring best practice across clinical governance, compliance, and care planning
- Supporting complex clinical needs including PEG care and long-term condition management
- Mentoring and developing staff to build a strong, confident team
- Driving continuous improvement and maintaining high standards of care
This is a visible, hands-on leadership role where you’ll be central to both patient clinical outcomes and team culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN
- Experience working with complex or neurological care needs
- Previous leadership or senior nurse experience (e.g. Senior Nurse / Deputy / Clinical Lead)
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Passion for delivering person-centred care
