The Role: Registered Mental Health Nurse
In this role, you will:
- Act as named nurse / primary nurse for allocated service users
- Coordinate care plans, reviews, CPA processes, and discharge planning
- Complete risk assessments and support effective risk management
- Work closely with the MDT, families, carers, and external professionals
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support a safe therapeutic environment
What You’ll Bring
- Active NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse / RMN
- Experience working in mental health, rehabilitation, complex care, secure services, acute mental health, or step-down services
- Confidence with care planning, risk assessment, clinical documentation, and MDT working
- Right to work in the UK, as sponsorship is not available
