This Occupational Therapist role is ideal for an HCPC registered OT who wants a clear part-time role in mental health rehabilitation, with the opportunity to make an immediate impact through practical, occupation-led support. You’ll work with adults with complex mental health needs and co-existing substance misuse challenges, helping them build routine, independence, confidence, and meaningful daily activity.

The Role: Occupational Therapist
In this role, you will:
- Complete occupational therapy assessments and develop person-centred care plans
- Deliver individual and group-based therapeutic interventions
- Support adults to build daily living skills, routines, and independence
- Work closely with the MDT to support recovery goals and risk management
- Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service development where required
What You’ll Bring
- HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
- Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience
- Experience completing OT assessments, care plans, interventions, and clinical documentation
- Right to Work in the UK, as sponsorship is not available

This role offers a part-time permanent position, a salary of £22,157–£27,007 pro-rata depending on experience, ongoing CPD and training, structured clinical support and supervision, employee benefits including Blue Light Card eligibility, and the opportunity to work within a supportive multidisciplinary rehabilitation setting.
