The Role: Social Worker
In this role, you will:
- Manage a caseload of adults within a specialist mental health setting
- Complete assessments, care planning, risk assessments, and case documentation
- Support safeguarding processes and statutory responsibilities
- Lead on discharge planning, section 117 aftercare, and community reintegration
- Work closely with the MDT, families, carers, local authorities, and external agencies
What You’ll Bring
- Qualified Social Worker status
- Current Social Work England registration
- Experience working in mental health, complex care, specialist rehabilitation, inpatient mental health, secure services, community mental health, or hospital discharge settings
- Strong working knowledge of safeguarding, Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act, Care Act, risk assessment, and care planning
- Right to work in the UK, as sponsorship is not available
