The Role: Registered Nurse
In this role, you will spend most of your time delivering safe, effective nursing care in line with individual care plans. You’ll work closely with care staff and external healthcare professionals and be responsible for delivering outcomes related to resident wellbeing, safe medicines management, and accurate clinical documentation. The role balances hands-on nursing care with support for the care team on shift, providing clear expectations from day one.
What You’ll Bring
- Active NMC registration as an RGN, RMN or RNLD
- Right to work in the UK without sponsorship
- Experience delivering nursing care in line with individual care plans
- Medication administration and medicines management experience
- Ability to complete clinical assessments, monitor health needs, and keep accurate clinical records
