The Role
- Support the day-to-day running of a residential care home
- Lead shifts, guide staff, and step in when the Manager is not on-site
- Help maintain safe, person-centred care for residents with dementia and complex needs
- Support care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding practices
- Assist with audits, compliance, and maintaining CQC standards
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in a Senior Care, Team Leader, or Deputy role within a residential care home
- Hands-on experience supporting adults with dementia, mental health, or complex needs
- Confidence leading staff, managing shifts, and supporting team performance
- Good working knowledge of safeguarding and CQC standards
- Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
