The Role: Registered Nurse
In this role, you will spend most of your time delivering hands-on nursing care to residents with dementia, physical health conditions, and complex needs. You’ll work closely with care staff and external healthcare professionals and be responsible for maintaining safe, effective, and compliant care standards. The role balances clinical care delivery with oversight of care practices, providing clear expectations from day one.
- Deliver nursing care aligned to individual care plans
- Administer medication and monitor resident health
- Complete clinical assessments and maintain accurate records
- Support and guide care staff on shift
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent care
What You’ll Bring
