This Registered Manager role is ideal for a leader who values stability, safeguarding-led practice, and making the right decisions for children from day one. If you enjoy leading a well-run service, supporting your team, and delivering positive outcomes for children and young people, this is an opportunity to make an immediate impact within a growing organisation

Why This Role

This role offers autonomy and accountability, exposure to a specialist children’s residential environment, and the opportunity to lead a service focused on child-centred outcomes. Unlike similar roles, this position prioritises values-led leadership, safeguarding, and long-term service quality over short-term fixes.

The Role: Registered Manager

In this role, you will spend most of your time leading the day-to-day operation of a children’s residential home, ensuring safe, consistent, and high-quality care for children and young people. You’ll work closely with care teams, senior leadership, and external professionals and be responsible for delivering outcomes related to safeguarding, regulatory compliance, and service quality. The role balances operational leadership with team development, providing clear expectations from day one.

What You’ll Bring
