The Role: Registered Manager
In this role, you will spend most of your time leading the service, supporting the team, and making sure care is safe, compliant, and consistent. You’ll work closely with staff, families, commissioners, and external professionals and be responsible for delivering outcomes linked to CQC standards, safeguarding, care planning, and service quality. The role balances hands-on operational leadership with clear responsibility for quality, staffing, and day-to-day service performance.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager, or Deputy Manager ready to step up
- Experience in learning disabilities, mental health, autism, or complex care
- Strong working knowledge of CQC compliance, safeguarding, and quality standards
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care, or willingness to work towards it
