This Registered Nurse role is ideal for an RGN, RMN or RNLD who wants a clear permanent role in Huddersfield, a calm care home setting, and the chance to make an immediate difference for residents with dementia, physical health conditions and complex needs. You will know what is expected from day one and will be supported by an experienced team.

Why This Role
This role offers permanent stability, exposure to a well-established nursing care home, and the opportunity to support residents through practical, person-centred nursing care. Unlike similar roles, this position focuses on calm, relationship-led care in a supportive environment.

The Role: Registered Nurse
In this role, you will spend most of your time delivering nursing care, completing clinical checks, administering medication, and keeping care plans and documentation up to date. You’ll work closely with care staff, residents, families, GPs and external healthcare professionals and be responsible for supporting safe, dignified and consistent care on shift. The role balances hands-on nursing care with clear communication and shift-based clinical support, providing clear expectations from day one.

What You’ll Bring
• Active NMC registration as an RGN, RMN or RNLD
• Confidence delivering safe nursing care, including medication administration, clinical assessments and health monitoring
• Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow safeguarding, infection control and health and safety standards
• Confidence working with care staff and external healthcare professionals during a shift

Benefits & Environment
This role offers permanent work, ongoing training and development, and a salary of £39,250 - £43,680, within an environment that supports dignity, independence, resident wellbeing and person-centred care.
