The Role: Registered Midwife
As a Registered Midwife, you will provide high-quality care to women and newborns across labour, delivery, and the postnatal journey. You'll assess and monitor maternal and fetal wellbeing, support safe deliveries, administer treatments, provide patient education, assist with neonatal care and resuscitation when required, and work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional maternity care
What You'll Bring
- Registered Midwife or Registered Nurse qualification with maternity experience
- Graduate of an approved nursing program with Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Minimum five years’ post-registration clinical nursing or midwifery experience
- At least two years of current UK nursing experience
- Neonatal Resuscitation Certification (NRP) or equivalent
- Current BLS certification
- ACLS and PALS (UK equivalent EPALS) certification highly regarded
- Experience with fetal monitoring and labour assessment
- Compassionate, patient-centred approach to maternal and newborn care
