Our client is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RLND/RGN/RNMH) with an active PIN and at least two years’ management experience in a care home or similar environment. You will have the confidence and competence to lead a dedicated care team, manage day-to-day operations, and champion high-quality, person-centred care. Your expertise in clinical care, regulatory compliance, financial management, and stakeholder engagement will be key in ensuring the ongoing success of this vibrant home.
